At The Olive Tree, we are committed to providing an excellent dining experience for all of our guests. We’re happy to fix any issues during your visit — just let us know right away. If there’s a problem with your payment, we’ll make it right. However, we don’t offer refunds once you’ve left the restaurant or for complaints made after the fact.

Food Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with your meal while dining with us, please bring it to the attention of our staff right away. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot.
We do not offer refunds or compensation after you have left the premises. Complaints or concerns must be addressed during your visit so we can take appropriate measures in real-time.
